Rating Module doen’t work

Hello,
I checked the checkbox in the setting to enable Rating Module based on this tutorial: https://structured-data-for-wp.com/docs/article/how-to-use-rating-module-in-schema-and-structured-data/

But I can’t see the overall star rating. In the editor I see only gray input, without over all rating and also on the web page I can’t see it.

And If I use Google test tool https://search.google.com/test/rich-results I can’t see Schema for the review 🙁

What is wrong and what to do? Is it some bug?
