when you click on any option the notice should close and not appear again.
Even if you reinstall the plugin the choice should be remembered.
In your case it seems there is an issue that is preventing saving your decision.

If anybody else has issues with the notice bar not closing or reappearing after the page is loaded please check:
– there are no Javascript errors on the page (check browser’s console)
– you are not using ad blocker or the page is white-listed
– there are no other errors or issues preventing the page from fully loading
