There are three ways in gathering product ratings.
1. Using a third-party aggregator,
2. Google’s own solution for reviews in the merchant center and
3. Using a Product Ratings feed as we offer on our webshop.
The Google method is free and easy to set-up. Head to your Merchant Center account
On the left-hand panel click on ‘Growth’ -> ‘Manage programs’
and look for ‘Customer Reviews’
Nevertheless, because users need to fill out a survey from Google the user experience is not that great.
Our Google Product Review Feed add-on will use the reviews you gather on your own webshop and the feed manager will build the required XML feed with the reviews from your webshop.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I installed a script given by Google to collect customer review on the seller (us) right after the purchase (thank you page). But indeed I see in google merchant that there is another option “product review”.
If we use you “Google Product Review Feed add-on”, should we need to enable the “product review” option on google merchant too and use this page ? https://support.google.com/merchants/troubleshooter/10994881
