    Have a question. I see you have user ratings for the recipes, however do you have more of an review rating system?

    I am building a food blog and the owner would like to use this as a recipe review system. He wants to add the recipe and then provide a review on it with a star rating system…something like:

    No Stars: Serve to the trash can
    *It’s either eat this or the can of SPAM in the back of the pantry
    **Edible but has definite room for improvement
    ***Print out and file the recipe
    ****Making this again tomorrow
    *****My last meal request

    WP Recipe Maker actually has Comment Ratings, which is more like a review since the stars are accompanied by a comment. I’m not sure what it is you’re looking for in addition to that?

    That’s not what I’m looking for at all. That is users submitting a comment and rating. I want the blog poster to be able to rate the recipe himself, not as a comment. We won’t be allowing comments or ratings most likely by users.

    Oh, you want to rate the recipes yourself instead of have your visitors rate them?
    We don’t really have anything built in for that, but I guess you could achieve that by creating a custom rating tag, similar to courses and cuisines: https://bootstrapped.ventures/wp-recipe-maker/recipe-taxonomies/

    Take note that you’ll never have fully enhanceable rich cards in Google if you don’t have visitor ratings.
