    Are ratings being saved in the backend? Can you please try clearing your ratings cache in the plugin tools? If this does not fix it, can you please contact me here and provide wp-admin and FTP access so I can investigate? http://danielpowney.com/contact

    I haven’t received any e-mail yet. Can you please raise a support ticket here http://danielpowney.com/contact so I can track this.

    Have you tried clearing the plugin cache? Or if you have any caching plugins can you please try clearing the page cache?

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks. I send you a question twice through this contact form, you did not see it?
    I made it a general request as I don’t have a license key which I had to fill in with the technical support option.

    We already cleared the page cache, this did not work…

    I would like to attach something in this message but unfortunately this is not possible. I will try to explain:

    The rating system stars (which appears above any product in a ranking see:http://www.littleslist.nl/on-the-move/top-10-kinderschoenen/) is not visible. Before it was visible. People can rank (this is working, press any product and you will see the stars) but the (end)result is not visible.
    Also, the result of the people who already rated (which was visible before) is not visible anymore.

    The code we use above every product is the following: [display_rating_result post_id=”5215″]

    I would like to send you our login details but as you understand not in public. Can we send somewhere private so you can login and see what is the problem?
    Also, under any ranking people can leave their reaction. This is also not working/not visible anymore.

    I really hope you can help us out. It is important for us we solve it. Thank you very much in advance, if you need any more information please let me know. Best, Sophie

    A General Enquiry on the contact form does not require a license key http://danielpowney.com/contact/. You can contact me here instead of this forum and I’ll need wp-admin and FTP access to investigate.

As I wrote you above… I already send you twice a question through the general enquiry form through the link you send me but apparantly these messages did not reach you?     Hi Sophie,

    I found an issue with attachments and have released a plugin update 4.1.10 to fix this. Can you please try it and let me know if it fixes your problem. Don’t forget to clear your cache in the plugin tools to refresh your ratings.
