RB Agency Plugin

Hello! I am hoping you can point me in the right direction and hopefully this isn’t too long of a read.
I have a test site here http://eef.0b1.myftpupload.com/. I have Rb-agency plugins (all 3 of them) but I would say they are not working how I thought they would. I am wanting to integrate paypal at registration so the models would pay a monthly fee because there will be casting agents that sign up for free and post jobs that models can apply to. Now, the problem: the plugin has different registration forms for each type, model would be /profile-register and casting agent would be /casting-register/. So they each register but they both get the same role in wordpress, subscriber… So I am trying to figure out how to give the Models a different role on registration but still be able to see what they are suppose to see on their “dashboard”. So it seems that what they are able to see is dependent upon which registration form they use.. I was going to try and use s2Member Pro but since the Models and Casting agents dont get different roles, it is difficult.
