Yes every time I make changes I have to authorise dropbox again so annoying.
Must be a bug, please fix it.
Cheers

Hi,
What version of UpdraftPlus is currently installed?
For me 1.13.4 and Dropbox full again…
Cheers

Hi,
Please could you attempt to save your settings with your browser’s developer tools open (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers, then select the ‘console’ tab)?
Do you see any errors or warnings in the console? Please could you send us a copy of those messages?
No errors are being reported but have to authenticate Dropbox all the time when changing settings.
I have the same concern – whenever I change the backup schedule (eg. from daily while we are making a lot of changes to monthly when the site is mostly static), we have to re-enter remote access credentials.
I am doing this for a client and the backups go to their remote server not mine, and the logistics around this are significant hassles. Not being able to have a client set up their stuff once and be able to trust it will continue working is a problem.
This is with version 1.13.4.

This is with version 1.13.4.
Hi,
Please could you try wiping your UpdraftPlus settings (through the Advanced Tools tab), and set up Dropbox from scratch?
This issue can be caused by a mismatch in the settings structure stored in the database.
did it 3 times now…changed the settings and authorise again
Hi,
In the Existing Backups tab, do you see a warning regarding extra whitespace?
Could you try temporarily disabling the other plugins on the site, and re-saving the UpdraftPlus settings? Are you still asked to re-authenticate?
Do any of these servers have Suhosin installed? Or mod_security?
