Re-Direction – Site & Mobile

I was looking into having a native app for my WordPress site. Does anyone know any good plugins that maybe able to assist with this or a process i should take.

Also is there a way that if a visitor visits my site via a mobile device it can direct to the native version and then desktop users will see it as it is now?

I know its a long shot.
