  • I am having the same problem; I am using eShop at oak-hill-farm.org and had a customer pay with an eCheck via PayPal (this was covered in another support thread). As I expected, eShop marked the transaction (Pending via PayPal) as failed. Once the eCheck cleared, I manually changed the transaction status in eShop from “failed” to “active” thinking that this would force an update of my stock levels. Unfortunately my stock levels didn’t update and are now wrong.

    2 questions: 1) Is there a way to manually change the value for stock purchased so that my inventory is now accurate?

    2) What can I do (if anything) differently in the future to keep inventory levels on track when this situation arises?
