Re-init variations cause Fatal Error

    Hi there,

    After clicking “Re-init variations” I get the error below.

    The same happens with only Woocommerce activated and default theme.

    Hi @pstidsen ,

    From the error logs, possibly, our plugin could not generate the variations since there are unspecified parameters for variations on your site. It might be an issue with the tax status or tax class. Please check and configure all the needed details for variations before re-init the variation items.

    Remember to clear the caches before checking again on your site.

    I have checked, and all values are filled out. How can I debug further?

    Hi @pstidsen ,

    You can try the following steps:

    • Deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and our WPC plugins. Check the functionality to see if it’s working or not.
    • Reactivate other plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.
    • Change to our WPCstore theme or any other WooCommerce specialized theme to check.

    With these steps, you may find the source of the conflict with our plugin on your site. Remember to create a full backup before this process.

    Other than this, we cannot suggest any further clues since this issue will need further backend investigation before concluding anything.
