    Hi scruffy1,

    An easy way to tell if the plugin is working is to request any of the following URLs:

    http://example.com/test.sql
http://example.com/test.exe
http://example.com/&&

    .. and so on, replacing “example.com” with your own domain name.

    For the URI strings you mention, it doesn’t look like there is any reason why BBQ would block those, as none of their characters are on the block list. Have a look through the plugin code for more info as to which characters are blocked and which aren’t.
