Re-Order Folders

Hello!
I’ve found this plugin very useful, but I do have one snag with it. I’d like to be able to change the order of the folders in the menu. So if I make a folder that ends up being a child to another folder, I can make it so it follows it in the menu instead of it just being put at the top of the list.
