    Hello,
    I’m working on a client’s website. The plugin works well, but sometimes some customers report that they have not received the email. We are sure that the emails in question are being sent because our SMTP server logs the outgoing messages and these emails are present, so the issue is not with the plugin. They might simply be getting lost in some routing black hole or erroneously filtered by some in-the-middle mechanism.

    It would be really useful to have a “Resend” function for a specific email on the page page=shopmagic-admin#/logs/outcomes when these issues occur, so that we can try sending the email again.

    Is there a way to enable or access this function? Currently, we are using a plugin for logging called “Check & Log Email,” but we are now noticing that it does not log/track the emails sent by ShopMagic.

    Could we try implementing another plugin (even a premium one) that works correctly or is compatible with this requirement?

    Thank you very much for contacting me.

    Sometimes it happens that messages are lost, I agree with you completely.
    At this point I have no idea to offer you a solution.
    I will, however, save this idea for implementation into our ShopMagic plugin so that such messages can be resent.
    It’s a very interesting idea and I agree that the feature could be useful.

    We’ll let you reply to the thread when such a feature is available, okay?
