    I am using the plugin by https://structured-data-for-wp.com/ for schema and if I use the last modified date plugin it will also update date on that plugin’s schema date?
    It will works on search result as well?

    Yes it works well and tested.
    Make sure to keep features which activated in the WP Last Modified Info plugin to be not duplicated functionally with another SEO plugin option or theme tags, this will ensure you the best practice.
