re-use text blocks plugin

Does anyone know if a plugin exists wher eI can define some common paragraphs or snippets (say a description of how to get help, etC)?

I want a common two line statement at the end of several pages, something like:

“For more help, contact customer support via email, live chat or telephone number” etc etc etc

I realize I can do this via include files but I was wondering if this was implemented as a plugin.
