Reactions don’t work

Hello,
The reactions do not work.
I can’t send the link because it’s a private forum.
I use Oxygen Builder.
I see that some people have this problem too.
Do you have an idea? It’s not a cache problem and I don’t get an error in the console when I click on the thumbs.

But I don’t get any mail, I can’t log in because I can’t reset my password.
