Reactivate Data

    Hi

    Is there a possbility to “reactivate” the data which are stored in the table “widget_black-studio-tinymce”?

    My Customer deactivated and deinstalled the plugin, and I reinstalled the plugin but the data in the widgets I can not see. In the database I see all data under “xyz_options”

    Hi Rene,
    there’s no table “widget_black-studio-tinymce”. The storage of the widget data is handled directly by WordPress and not by the plugin. All data are stored in the wp_options table. Please see our FAQ, and in particular the last one about “Plugin’s data location and cleanup” for further info.
    The plugin does not remove data when it is uninstalled, so it’s possible that data were corrupted somehow.
