    Before requesting support, please check whether your question has already been asked and answered. If you still decide to submit a new inquiry, make sure to include the following details:

    • The plugin version you are using.
    • A copy of your plugin settings found under Settings → Onionify.
    • Information about the theme or template your site is using.
    • PHP error log if they exists

    Every detail matters – this information helps me perform accurate diagnostics and provide you with an effective solution.

    Like any plugin, this one is built to work on most websites, but in some individual cases it may behave unexpectedly. To identify and fix such issues, I need as much context as possible.

    Please also keep in mind that I’ve invested a great deal of time, money, and mental energy into developing this plugin so it can meet your needs.
