Sticky List is very flexible because it allows you to filter all displayed entries using the filter_entries hook that is executed right before the list is displayed. Se the developers section in the description.

I’m always open to feature request and feedback. However, one main goal of this plugin is to keep it light weight and only implement features that adhere to the broader user group.

That being said, all questions/requests/feeback is very welcome. I try to reply to all threads within a couple of hours and your inputs are invaluable to the continued development of this plugin and to enhancements and new features.
