read me first before posting please

Hi wtf-fu users,
Please help me to help you by supplying as much relevant information about your problem as you can with your support post.
In particular :
- If you are not using the current release, then please update first before posting.
- Please copy and paste exactly any short codes you are having trouble with.
- Please provide as much detail as you can about when the problem does or does not occur, often information about when something does work can provide an important clue.
- Please post a follow up if your problem is resolved or if you find a solution yourself so that others can benefit as well.
- Please keep on topic and don’t clutter requests with additional issues, instead create a new post for separate issues unless they appear related.
- Please be polite. 99% of you are very polite, but I do this for free and don’t appreciate the odd idiot that feels they can rant and rave with unsubstantiated, opinionated, and generally unhelpful nonsense.
Most issues are solvable, or at least explainable, once it is clear what the problem is. If you find a genuine bug then I will endeavor to fix and release it as soon as possible.
If you just have a question or suggestion and not a specific problem then by all means please just ask.
