You can see the templates in the option of “Page Attributes” while creating the page. ( Screenshot ) From there you can select the templage.

“Read More” action only for the posts.
In case if you want to show all pages in the summarized way in one page like the blog template page that feature is not included and it doesn’t need to be required coz pages are limited compared to posts.
