OK I see, it seems I was using the Layout Editor from main Grid menu…
I don’t well understand the difference between this one and the one you mention but will now use that one as you suggest.

Hello,
I have 3 different Post Grids with different settings.
Is it possible to customize the “Read More” text for each one of them?
Every time I change it, as indicated in your post above (from within each grid’s settings), the changes are taken into account for all 3 different grids I have.

Yes, this is possible,
Just create a new layout for each grid under layout editor and use different layout for each post grid.
