Read more link

Hi,

My blog shows “read more” links like http://blogname.com/post-name#morePOST_ID

I want to show them only as http://blogname.com/post-name/ , I mean i want to erase the tag #morePOST_ID from the end of link. How can i do this? I use blocks2 theme. And my adress http://www.acilinbendoktorum.com
