Couldn’t wait for a reply, so did a temporary solution. Will probably get another plugin that actually works all the time.

Where i does not work ? could you please give more details?
I have two Read More types, one with a button (ID=1) the other in-line (ID=2). At the start of today none of these would work when pressed. After disabling other plugins I was able to get the in-line working but not the button one. So I have made all of my Read More types to be in-line (ID=2).
I will change back one of the sections to be a button (ID=1) so you can see the problem.

I am already using RM version 3.3.6 Do you recommend perhaps deleting then re-installing?
No, there is no mind to that.
