Read more, read less button

Dears,
i´m automatically add an read more link after 50 words. If you click on the read more link you were linked to the detail page. I want to expand the full text on the overview page (Read more / read less). Is that possible with this plugin without manually adding some code to each article? Same like here “sfuchs.com”.
