Read More Tag

When I use the Read More Tag, it posts “Continue Reading” way off to the far right with a little arrow.

I want it to say “Read More” with no arrow.

I want to be able to post it, centered, right below my excerpt.

Ideally, I’d like to have a button image to click on.

Any help is appreciated.
