    In order to help you as quickly as possible, please include the following:

    1. Include a copy of your LifterLMS System Report. Please add the “`” character before and after the report as if it the system report was a code snippet.
    2. Do not post WHITE SCREEN issues without also providing an error message. We are just as blind as you are when it comes to white screens. We can’t do anything for you without an error message. To get an error message you’ll need to enable WP_DEBUG.
    3. If you are a LifterLMS Customer you have access to expedited support via our ticketing desk.
    4. Rule out theme and plugin conflicts by temporarily switching to twentyseventeen and disabling other plugins. If the error goes away you know it’s a conflict and you can re-enable one by one to figure out what’s causing the issue.
    5. This forum and our Knowledge Base are both indexed by Google. Before posting, run a quick search to see if your question
      has already been answered somewhere!

    I am having a problem with password resets for students who forget their password. LifterLMS does not seem to be sending out the email to the student when they click on the “Lost your password” on the student logon screen. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
