Read/Write Errors

My server was hacked a few weeks ago. I’ve worked with security and my hosting company and as far as we can tell, we have cleaned up everything. I’ve downloaded your plugin and am running it on all of my sites (52). So far only 2 have had issues and your plugin has cleaned them perfectly. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some of the sites have a few read/write errors. They always seem to be on images. When I click on the file within the plugin, it always just spins and never shows anything. Do I need to be concerned about these errors? What should I do about them?
