Readability Scores Changing

    Hi,

    Are readability scores calculating correctly today? Added some new products and all have reported issues with consecutive sentences and transition words;

    Consecutive sentences: The text contains 4 consecutive sentences starting with the same word. Try to mix things up!

    Transition words: Only 1.2% of the sentences contain transition words, which is not enough. Use more of them.

    I checked for consecutive sentences on the affected pages but cannot find them with all pages reporting the same number of errors, also tried to increase the transition word count in them all text but it just doesn’t raise the score much.

    I’m also using the Divi theme builder and on SEO tab, if I have an image module above the opening text module, it reports

    Keyphrase in introduction: Your keyphrase or its synonyms do not appear in the first paragraph. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.

    Switch them around and it removes the error but never used to do that.

    Is anyone else notching really poor readability scores on text which would otherwise be marked as orange or green?

    Running Divi Version: 4.21.1 and Yoast SEO 20.10

You mentioned that you are using a page builder, Divi, so there might be unexpected behavior as we are currently only compatible with the Elementor page builder. It seems their content isn’t sent to our page analysis; our development team provides information about creating a custom integration here.
