Yes, I think maybe some kind of incompatibility issue with a WordPress version change. I’ve tried all the usual fixes, by deleting plug-ins, etc. I’m stuck on how to try to help her. Thanks.
try a windows desktop and an android OS to see if they work. if they do… it looks like her iPad.

I have one reader who just started having problems posting her comments, which she has always made from her iPad. Now she can post from her Mac, but not from her iPad. It says “sending comment” then gets stuck. I’m guessing this is a problem on her end, in some way. I appreciate if anyone has advice to give her. Thank you.
