I believe what you are requesting is possible in our Premium version.
See the section about using variables in our documentation here: https://www.wpbusinessintelligence.com/documentation/
If you want to send an example query over for us to review before purchasing please use our contact form: https://www.wpbusinessintelligence.com/contact/
Thanks fo reply.
I had already read your documentation, but in the example the variable is written in the backend and it looks like a static variable to me.
My request instead refers to a dynamic value to be set in a frontend form. It is not clear to me how this variable could be reported in the query set in the backend.
Thanks
Appreciate the clarification. If I am understanding your request accurately, that feature is currently not available, however, if you wouldn’t mind sending something a little more clear such as an example usage case we can see about getting this into a future release. You can use our contact form for that if you wish to send it privately or post it here and I can let you know what our team says.
I will say we are currently working on a new release version and are tied up with that at the moment so couldn’t build out a custom feature like this in the next few months at least.
I try to explain. Through an html form, for example, start and end dates are set. The plugin should be able to receive the two $ _POST variables sent by the form. One idea would be to set such variables within the shortcode. Other plugins allow you to write variables in the schortcode, even with lite versions.
I hope I have been able to explain my request.
Thanks
Thanks for the clarification Giuseppe65. Would you mind emailing me some examples of plugins that do this? You can send those via our contact form here: https://www.wpbusinessintelligence.com/contact/
We will be looking into this feature request for future releases.
I sent you a plugin reference, but there are others as well. Just do a search on the WordPress directory.
Thanks
Marking this as resolved as we have giuseppe65’s feature request now submitted to our internal team.
