Ready E-commerce plugin

Hello everyone! I am trying to add a ‘product’ page to my website to list a page of products that i will be creating with my home business. Im trying to add this Ready E commerce plugin and i cant figure out how to add the plugin to my wordpress editing page. If you could give me some help or step by step directions on what to do because i seem to work better that way. Please and thank you!
