    this error is showing when I click on cartflows tab.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    I tried to check this at our end but no luck. Can you please let me know that is this message is appearing on the Plugin’s page as well?

    If you are not able to view it there can you please try installing Query Monitor plugin.
    This plugin will display all the errors which are getting generated on your website.

    If the same error is displaying on the plugins page then I can assure that this is not from the CartFlows plugin to confirm you can try deactivating the CartFlows plugins and let me know how it goes.
