ReadyGraph Concerns

As a pro user (and even if I wasn’t) I am a bit concerned about this addition as an extension after reading this thread.

I am an “Old-timer” by internet standards, as you can see from my profile. I originally got the pro version and other plugins from Marcel because I trust his judgement and skills. This new “extension” addition concerns me a bit, especially since it is something I don’t believe I need at all.

Can someone please explain about this a bit more, please? I don’t want to jump to any conclusions without understanding what is actually happening with a plugin I liked well enough to purchase.
