• I’ve noticed multiple instances where the bot attack spikes trigger the turnstile, blocking real users and showing the error, “Please verify you are human.” However, users don’t know how to complete the verification, as no widget is displayed at that moment. As a result, they are unable to complete the checkout. I am using Invisible Mode.

  • Hi,

    Bot attack spikes shouldn’t be blocking real users.

    Do you have any caching or performance plugins installed on your website?

    Does it work better without invisible mode on?

    The LiteSpeed Cache plugin is installed. Invisible mode works fine on normal days; this issue occurs only when there is a spike in bot attacks.

    @elliotvs Any solution?

    FWIW, we’re also seeing intermittent issues where customers checking out are not presented the CAPTCHA and can’t continue. I’ve been unable to connect the cases with any common thread at this point. e: Debug log shows multiple missing-input-responses for the user, while occasional success results too.
