    At the theme’s page, you can’t download it without subscription.

    Is this a real free theme?

    Yes this is free theme if you download it from ww.wp.xz.cn

    My website sales more other themes than this, so the subscription charge is for all not only for this.

    For you convenience, I would suggest you to download it from here itself, ww.wp.xz.cn .
