The whole review is for PRO version so i will ask moderator to remove this because it doesn’t make sense here for free.
Lastly client asked us to install the theme (which we did on their server) and then when it didn’t work out as per their client requirements they asked for a refund which wasn’t possible.
And hence this is the real review they have to offer.
It makes no sense to offer explanation here because the whole point is basically pointless. We are showing a demo and not selling something which has been shown in a different way and then sold differently. It is actual as it is. If something is missing it is shown on the demo. Neither do we force someone to buy nor do we answer anyone rudely.
Again refund policy as well has been given clearly in the website. Support is overly sensitive also doesn’t make sense because if someone would take a look at all the support threads here or on the website would clearly understand we are trying to help everyone who uses any of our themes.
So there is nothing FAKE in it.

@sktthemes, is the mobile version the commercial one?
@andrew: didn’t understand….mobile version is for both free and commercial version.
Commercial one is coded a bit differently. The above review is for commercial version so shouldn’t be here.

You can help the OP out with this section of the review:
Also, the mobile version just doesn’t make any sense. The buttons are tiny and there are no touch features, so it renders this template pointless for mobile. The menu is huge on mobile so it covers any pictures that have a subject. If you’re using only background images, I guess it will fly, but again, it’s a terrible mobile format.
That sounds like a technical issue.
@andrew: Their client bought some other theme and hence they decided to ask for refund.
Already asked them to send us ftp and wp admin details and offered them to solve.
But as you know just because refund wasn’t provided this is the way to provide a real review.

@justodiaz, Can you change your review to reflect the free version that it misrepresents?
The tiny little arrows for the pro and free versions make it difficult to scroll between slides on a mobile phone. Thanks for getting back to me though, that’s reassuring. WordPress does not have an editing feature for these reviews, but even if I could edit the review, I most likely would only amend it. I’ve been in this business for 20 years, so I can tell you one thing that may help a lot – the customer is always right. You can continue to argue with me or improve your product and reactions to customers – your call of course…

Are you saying you can’t edit the review here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/view/theme-reviews/skt-full-width#postform ?
You need to make clear that your review is regarding the free version of the theme, and leave out reviews for the commercial theme. They aren’t the same.
