This is sad that you give a rating for bad support.
– Where from your very first reply/thread, I provide you the primary troubleshooting process which resolved the loading issue for most of the cases.
– Right after, you have opened another thread, and I redirect you to our own support panel so that we can investigate your site environment and resolve your case.
– After that, on your ticket, I have asked for your site admin/FTP access. You have seen the reply, but you didn’t share your site/staging access with us.
This is the whole history of your scenario and issue. If you still think that we were not helpful and you didn’t get any support from us, then I feel despondent.

Please accept my apology for the unexpected inconvenience. It was really sad to see such an experience that you had to face with the support & plugin.
I have just gone through your ticket which you have created from your HappyAddons paid account. Unfortunately, I did not get any ticket where you have provided website login details.
Maybe I am missing something. Would you please share the ticket ID where you had provided the details? Because our devs always take the full precaution before working on the website so, we would never break any website intentionally.
Our full team is ready to move forward and solve the issue for you which you are having on your website but just need the right direction from your side so that we can find the correct ticket and check your credentials.
