    I am really unhappy with this theme. I chose it after much deliberation and mainly because the reviews were so good. Changes do not show in “real time”. I have to wait a while to see the impact of any amendments made which makes editing the appearance of my website very difficult. We are also still having problems with the menu. I was unable to add a menu bar so I have accepted the three line option. This is only appearing on the mobile view however. I cannot get this to appear in the desk top view.

    I’m really sorry to hear how much frustration this has caused you. I completely understand how challenging it is to make changes during development and have them not update on the live site. That’s not the smooth experience we want for anyone using our theme.

    Our goal is to get you back on track quickly, and having direct access will let us pinpoint and resolve these issues without further delay.

    Hi @kmacharia

    The email address that you used before belonged to a colleague who was helping me with the issues that I was having. I have tried to access your Contact Form but I apparently need an AThemes Licence which I don’t have. I am just a sole trader and cannot afford all of the bolt on support functionalities.

    As suggested I have followed your link and have set up a new topic in the Lite forum as I am using the free version of Botiga. I have given it the same title “Botiga – really difficult to use”
