Really Good Support

We switched from CusRev’s reviews plugin to Yotpo and needed to have their customer service team import our CusRev verified reviews. I figured there was a lot that could go wrong during the process and expected issues. We did run into a couple of speed bumps, but Yotpo’s team stayed with it the whole time and helped me figure out how to correct the problem. In the end, everything was imported properly and we’re all setup on the new plugin.
The level of service I’ve come to expect from most companies in general is unfortunately very low these days. Yotpo’s, on the other hand, is a bright spot in the market. I don’t anticipate running into trouble with their software, but if I do, I know I’ll be able to get help. The response time was always great during our correspondence as well.
