    I am really impressed by this plugin, by far the most the most cost-effective way to add text to speech to any WordPress web site.

    And I’m equally impressed by the quality of its technical support. I contacted them about an issue that would have been a deal breaker for us, and it was fixed within a few days.

    Edited to add:
    Having used this plugin for more than a year now, I am still very impressed with its functionality, but I would have to say that the quality of the documentation is, not to put too fine a point on it, woeful. But to be fair, the quality of the technical support does mitigate against that to a significant degree.
