Really SImple Captcha

I’m using Really SImple Captcha in my forms.
I enter Captcha as the following:

[captchac captcha-ita1] [captchar captcha-ita1]

…but the answer is never validated, even when is 100% correct.

Inspecting the code of the page, I’ve noticed the following anomaly:

Input box has this class(es): “wpcf7-form-control-wrap captcha-ita1”
Image has this class(es): “wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-captchac wpcf7-captcha-captcha-ita1”

As you can see, the “captcha-ita1” identifier is merged into a longer class name.
“wpcf7-captcha-captcha-ita1”

Maybe this is the cause of the issue?
