First of all, our site got hacked because of this plugin.
They did not have any update notification in place on their Premium plugin!

The second thing is they really don’t care for their customers.

I explained my problem and almost full solution to that problem,
in details, and they just answered: sorry, we are not compatible with HHVM.

Whoever is serious about WordPress, probably is running WP on HHVM,
and this plugin is not for serious use.

    Security vulnerability:

    Sorry you got hacked.

We e-mailed you (and every other customer) in February about the security vulnerability, and told you to upgrade to the latest version of WP All Import immediately.

We did this before the vulnerability was ever made public and exploited.

    Apparently, you ignored us.

Then, because we really didn’t want anyone to get hacked because of our mistake, we e-mailed them all again saying “Hey… if you haven’t upgraded yet, you better, otherwise you might get hacked!”

    Apparently, you still ignored us.

    Then you got hacked.

    HHVM:

We’ve had maybe 3 customers request support for HHVM in the four years WP All Import has been around. So we’re not going to spend our time on that. Sorry.

    1.
Apparently, people invented automatic update notifications
just for that purpose. Only you are still on “emailing users” (sorry,
    twice email-ing! )

This is the same reason why you included update notification in latest releases – apparently because it is not needed (I’m sarcastic)

We got hacked because we thought that every serious plugin
developer has some update notification in place. But we were wrong.

    2.
And yes – you obviously don’t care about HHVM users.
Of course, you will tell another story in a couple of months,
but these statements will be written here forever.

So, just continue to ignore HHVM forever.

And finally, I don’t see why you think that my review
    is not deserved?

    Update 4.3.0 (Pro):

disable XMLReader stream filter for HHVM

I knew what THEY will do better than their support guy?
It is a real shame 🙁
