    This plugin does almost exactly what I wanted. And for free! What more could you ask for? There appears to be a minor bug with select, first_as_label and group conditions, but nothing that cannot be worked around.
    A change in the way CF7 worked caused the minor issue but Jules has updated the demo to show how to work with that.
    Have upped to 5 stars as the developer is really on the ball and responds to support tickets very quickly.
