Reappearing Frontside Hack

    I keep getting the same hack every week or so on my main site and have no idea what it is.

    My solution thus far is to go to wp-content then themes and then overwriting the benevolence folder with a pre-hacked version. However the hack reappears about a week later. Any permanent solutions?

    Maybe somebody more knowledgeable can help with the hacking, but I would look at the source code to see what’s been inserted before I replaced it.

    I’d also make sure all your plugins are up-to-date and that you changed your password to something nice and secure. Um, and check for extra users in your User panel. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    Also: It looks like you have Firewall Script installed on your site. Did you just install it, or has it been running throughout all the hacking?

    actually i didn’t install that firewall, that showed up after I upgraded wordpress.
