Rearrange Widgets in Post Editor (Add New Post)

    Hi, I’m fairly new to WP and did some searches but came up empty.

    Is there any way to set a “default” widget layout for the “Add new Post” and/or “Add New Page” when creating new content? I know I can drag the widgets around but new users don’t get the same layout.

    I saw that it updates the re-arrangement updates the wp_usermeta.meta_key = meta-box-order_post to save my layout but I’d like to set a default layout instead. Users are free to rearrange as they like after getting the default layout.

    Is this possible?
