reCaptcha Admin Locked Out

Hi

I activated Google reCAPTCHA today and now I can’t log into the admin section (sigh) my stupid fault, not the plugin.

I have gone in and renamed the defender folder on the server so I can log in but defender is disabled. If I enable, I am logged out. How do I make adjustments so I can login and set up reCAPTCHA properly?
