reCaptcha blocked registration message for user when user added via wp-cli

    I add a user via wp-cli: wp user create alice [email protected] –send-email
    The registration message comes to the administrator, but is blocked for the user.
    When the plugin is disabled, the message to the user comes normally.

    Could you specify if reCaptcha is enabled on standard WordPress forms on the plugin settings page?

    Yes. reCaptcha is enabled on all standard WordPress forms.
