    Hi @breakingnewground123,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I took a close look at the page URL you shared, but it appears the login and registration forms on that specific page are generated by WooCommerce, rather than WPForms (screenshot).

Additionally, the popup appearing on the site is also from a different third-party solution (screenshot).

For your reference, you can see an example of how a standard WPForms form looks in the screenshot here.

We would still love to help you get this corrected! Could you please share a page URL where you are currently using a WPForms form with Google reCAPTCHA enabled? Once we can see the form in action, we can provide the specific CSS or settings needed to fix the issue.

In the meantime, if you would like to review the setup for reCAPTCHA within our plugin, you can find our guide here.

Please let us know where we can find your form, and we will be happy to take another look!

    Hi @breakingnewground123,

Thank you for sharing that URL!

I have reviewed the link you provided, and I was unable to reproduce the alignment issue with the reCAPTCHA box. On my end, everything appears to be contained correctly within the form layout.

You can see how it looks for me here:

Since I am seeing a different result, this suggests the issue might be related to caching. Caching sometimes stores an older version of your site’s styling, which can cause elements like reCAPTCHA to look misaligned or “broken.”

To resolve this, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Purge your site cache: If you use a caching plugin (like WP-Optimize), use the “Purge All” or “Clear Cache” option.
    2. Test in an Incognito Window: After clearing the site cache, open your site in a private/incognito browser window to ensure you are seeing the most recent version of the page.
    3. Clear your browser cache: If it still looks incorrect, try clearing your local browser history and cache.

You can find more detailed information on optimizing your cache settings for WPForms in our guide here.

Please let me know if the alignment looks correct after following these steps or if you have any questions.

    Hello Ralden,

Thank you however the issue is not on the Return Form, this is an example of a WP Form using Captcha and it is working correctly. Previously you were looking at the CSS in this file with a view to resolving the issue in the Login/Register form – https://underground-england.world/my-account/

    Hi @breakingnewground123,

Please note that the Login and Register forms at https://underground-england.world/my-account/ are actually generated by the WooCommerce plugin, rather than WPForms. You can see the technical details identifying this as a WooCommerce component in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/0LxPeq.

Because these forms are part of a different plugin’s ecosystem, we are unable to provide technical support for them. For assistance with the captcha box size or functionality on those specific forms, I recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce support team directly.

If there is a WPForms form on that page that I may have missed, could you please provide a few more details to help me find it? Specifically:

    • A screenshot of the form with the error.
    • Detailed steps on how to access or view that specific form on your site.

Once I can identify the WPForms form with the issue, I will be happy to provide further assistance!

    Hi @breakingnewground123 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
