reCaptcha check box not functioning

    Verification works in Settings › ReCaptcha
    but when placed on the Contact for, the box can not be checked.

    Where does this script go in WordPress?
    Says paste this snippet before the closing </head> tag on your HTML template:
    OK Where is that?
    <script src=’https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js’></script&gt;

    Anyone?
    Where does this Go? you cant access easily the head tag in WordPress, can you?

    Paste this snippet before the closing </head> tag on your HTML template:

    Is the script above even needed? There is no place in the Contact form 7 to place this code.

    BTW The reCaptcha is showing up but the check box is not working and is allowing contact form to be sent anyway.
